GENERAL PROCEDURES

Most bid documents will contain a registration and Substitute W-9 form that should be completed and returned to Purchasing soon after downloading the document. Returning this form will indicate your intention on submitting a bid, attending a site inspection (if applicable), and ensure that we have correct information for future correspondence, including any addenda. Firms are encouraged to check this web site prior to the due date for any changes.

Verbal agreements or instructions from any source are not authorized. Bid responses must be received in the purchasing office by the due date and time specified. Responses can generally be faxed, mailed or hand delivered. (See bid document for special restrictions). Late bids will not be accepted.
